Product ManagementFlexibilityOur warehouse management has been developed as a supplement to the order system. It supports an arbitrary number of stocks for each client and multiple material number ranges. Besides the routine operations like goods receipt, goods issue and stockkeeping serial-number based loans are also possible. Depending on stock level alarms, purchasing requisitions or orders can be triggered – freely configurable for each material. Our warehouse management, even though primarily meant as a supplement to the order system, adapts to different customer needs. Multi-client capability and severs stocks per client are a matter of course, cascaded stocks can be configured as well. Products can be defined with arbitrary, freely definable number ranges; if needed, serial and lot numbers can be used to trace each single stock movement. Minimum, reorder and maximum stock level can be defied per product, on demand also minimum, default and maximum withdrawal quantities. IntegrationThe warehouse management seamlessly integrates into the order system. When reorder or minimum levels are met, carts with the respective products can be generated automatically, which can be revised by the manager before placing an order. But as well it is possible to generate orders without any manual intervention. All the features of the order system (like omnibus orders or pre-defined order cycles depending on the supplier) are of course applicable for stock items as well. If an order is assigned to a stock product, any goods receipt will automatically increase the stock level. This reduces the number of manual intervensions and thus the error probability. |
